PERTUSSIS (WHOOPING COUGH) IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS

All students entering the 7th grade must provide proof of a Tdap booster shot before starting school.

We encourage all families to get their child’s booster shot as soon as possible and then bring in the updated immunization record to your school site this school year.

Happy National School Lunch Week! Every year, the School Nutrition Association sponsors National School Lunch Week (NSLW) during the second full week in October. This year’s theme is "Lots to Love," and LUSD is sharing what we love most about the heart of our cafeteria school.

School lunches are now healthier than ever with fruits, lean protein, low fat dairy, veggies, and whole grain. What do you love about school lunch? Maybe a favorite entrée, or a special cafeteria staff member that makes your day?

Show your appreciation for school lunch this week by sending photos of your National School Lunch Week projects to Melissa Davey-Allen at mallen@lodiusd.net or to Susan Henderson at shenderson@lodiusd.net. Additional participating details can be found here.
